Each year, families across the country spend hundreds of dollars out of their own pockets to prepare their children for the upcoming school year. For many families, purchasing school supplies is a major financial strain.

As we continue to feel the impact of COVID-19 on our communities, we know that support for our students, families, and schools is needed more than ever. This is why Blip Roasters is partnering with Teach For America Kansas City as they work to distribute full backpacks to 400 Kansas City students.

This year we are specifically requesting donations of notebooks. We hope to collect 1200 notebooks before August 12, 2021.

Our hope is that by providing full backpacks, families won’t have to worry about how they are going to purchase these school supplies and can focus on helping their students start the year off strong.
