2014

Blip began in the West Bottoms as a wholesale roasting company in 2014; motorcycles and coffee have always been the intersection of Blip.

Pour-over service started as folks would wander in off the street, curious about the smell and the motorcycles out front

2016

In 2016, a fire broke out in the building in which Blip was housed. Able to save the roasting equipment, Blip moved into a second West Bottoms location, with the first cafe space opening later that year.

2019

In 2019, Blip opened an outpost cafe at 30th and Troost in the Wonder building.

In 2020, amid the coronavirus pandemic, Blip closed both cafes and began construction on a new West Bottoms location.

The 19,000 square foot space houses a roasting space, cafe, merchandise and shipping warehouse, conference room, both Blip offices and leased office space, and Anchor Moto - a service oriented motorcycle shop.
