We are popping up at the Wettest Block Party!

Outdoor festival with live music, food, drinks and artists celebrating the historic block between State Line and Genessee on 9th St.

During Prohibition, the block between State Line and Genessee on 9th Street was
known as “THE WETTEST BLOCK IN THE WORLD: WHERE MISSOURI SELLS
LIQUOR TO KANSAS”. Of the 29 businesses on that one block, 25 of them were
speakeasies, liquor stores or saloons.
As part of Historic West Bottoms Heritage Days, we will celebrate the history of this
boozy block with an outdoor festival — live music, entertainment, local whisky, food
trucks, artists and vendors — right on the border of Kansas and Missouri.
